Is this real news?
Not at all. Every North Pole News TV report is an AI-produced, clearly labeled fictional holiday parody. Please don't use it to mislead anyone.
How does the 40% off work?
Tap Share my link and send it to someone. When a different person opens it, your next video is 40% off. Opening it yourself doesn't count. Each link unlocks one discounted video, and each email address can use the friend discount once.
Does the person I send it to get a discount?
They can get their own. If they share their link and a friend of theirs opens it, they get 40% off too.
When am I charged?
At checkout. If we can't make your video, we refund you in full. Payment and sales tax are handled by Stripe, so your statement may show Link, Stripe's checkout service.
When will I get my video?
Most videos are ready in about 10 minutes. When lots of orders come in at once, it can take a few hours. Your private order page shows progress, and we email you when filming starts and when it's ready.
Can I include a friend's photo?
Yes, with their permission. The photo is optional and is removed automatically on our stated retention schedule.
Do I need an account?
No. After you pay you get a private order-status link, and a shareable report link when production finishes.
What if the report fails?
We retry first and email you if it's taking longer. If we still can't make it, we refund you in full. See the Terms for details.
